VECTOR VAULT Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled by the current offline version of VECTOR VAULT for Android.

Developer: APEX BYTE LABS
Effective date: 19 October 2026
Contact: support@apexbyte-labs.com

1. About the current version

APEX BYTE LABS develops VECTOR VAULT, an offline arcade game for Android. The current version is designed to run without an online account or cloud gameplay service. It does not currently include third-party advertising SDKs or serve in-game advertisements.

2. Gameplay data stored on your device

The game may store gameplay information locally on your device, such as scores, personal records, progress, gameplay preferences and audio settings, to provide its features. This information is not uploaded by the game to a developer-operated online account or cloud service in the current offline version. Local data may be removed if you clear the app’s data, uninstall the game or reset your device.

3. Internet and permissions

The core game is designed to be playable offline. The game does not ask you to create an online account to play. Android permissions, if any, depend on the final app package and features enabled in that release. Please review the permissions shown by your device and the information provided on the store listing.

4. Advertising and third-party SDKs

The current version does not include advertising SDKs and does not display third-party in-game advertisements. We may consider Mintegral and DT Exchange (Fyber) for a future version, but only after the relevant networks approve our applications and we complete and test the integrations. Naming these providers does not mean their SDKs are currently integrated, approved, or active. Before releasing any version that adds advertising or analytics SDKs, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosures to describe the actual providers, data practices, and any required privacy choices. Third-party providers may also publish their own privacy policies.

5. Sharing of information

In the current offline version, the game does not send locally stored gameplay records to a developer-operated server. If future versions add online services or third-party SDKs, information may be processed by those services as described in an updated policy.

6. Retention and security

Gameplay information stored locally generally remains on your device until removed by the game, cleared through device settings or deleted when the app is uninstalled, subject to Android behaviour and any backups you control. We recommend keeping your device and operating system updated. No method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account system in the current version. The game’s declared target audience and any future advertising configuration must comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

8. Your privacy requests

If you have a question or privacy concern, contact support@apexbyte-labs.com with the subject “VECTOR VAULT Privacy Request”. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the game’s features, permissions, online services or data practices change. The current version will be available at this page.
